WWE No Mercy 2017: 8 Results Predictions
6. Jason Angle Catches The A-Lister's Worst Side
After consecutive, fighting defeats to actual stars John Cena and Roman Reigns, Jason Jordan can't really be losing meekly to The Miz. Don't let those recent Raw losses fool you; WWE remain very hot on Jangle, and consider narrow beatings by their top dogs as adding a glossy veneer to the supposed 'emerging rookie'.
Jordan has also already been through the usual PPV one-two, having taken the fall on SummerSlam's pre-show (although no-one was around to see it). Two consecutive turnovers on the big boy events isn't in his remit, and The Miz isn't close enough to any records to tempt WWE to keep the strap firmly around his waist. A new champion, but little fanfare.
