What Culture's review of this past Sunday's WWE No Way Out pay-per-view that featured four title matches, three unannounced matches and a firing... World Heavyweight Championship: Dolph Ziggler vs Sheamus - World Heavyweight Championship Match The opening match of the show consisted of the World Heavyweight Title being defended which is a sad indictment of the current WWE product. The match itself was very good however, Ziggler looked strong and competitive throughout, getting in some good moves and while Sheamus reigned victorious with a clean win, Ziggler managed to show how over with the fans he really is (Ziggler chants continuously echoed the arena). The action was intense and with Dolph getting a lot of time to work over Sheamus, he was made to look like a serious contender for the World Heavyweight Title. It was a nice touch to the beginning of the match where they teased a Wrestlemania replay, with Dolph Ziggler having received a kiss on the cheek from Vickie he just managed to dodge Sheamus's brogue kick. Another good factor was that Vickie Guerrero played a minimal role in the match and her involvement consisted of nothing more than cheering, thus allowing Ziggler to get himself over rather than relying on his manager. Before Sheamus finished Dolph with a brogue kick his facial expressions changed to a fiery aggression. More of this from the World Champion is needed if he is going to live up to the potential of his title reign. In Brief: An excellent match in which both men came out strong. Tuxedo Match - Santino Marbella vs Ricardo Rodriguez Next the Bra and Panties match... I mean the Tuxedo match was underway as Si! chants rained down. A standard comedy act from both men, unfortunately after the cheap pops the crowd seemingly got restless as 'boring' chants filled the arena. However, while the crowd may not have appreciated the so called 'match' it was a nice comedy break following the World Heavyweight match. In Brief: A comedic affair which bored the fans but served as a decent comedy break from the Heavyweight Title match. CM Punk was interviewed next backstage, I only need to mention this skit as CM Punk verbally 'put over' his opponents. While it may have been brief it is a rarity we don't often see or hear going into matches anymore. AJ was also shown interrupting and giving Punk a peck on the cheek, she would also appear later with Bryan and Kane, adding intrigue to her involvement. Click "next" below to read part 2...
