3. Lay-Cool/Kaval
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ovj999WTtMw One of the oddest rookie/pro combinations on NXT ever, the team of Michelle McCool and Layla took on the challenge to be the pros for Kaval (also known as Low-Ki), and while there was no affection between the pros and the rookie, there was a bonding which was beautiful and slightly robotic. On NXT II, Layla and McCool were the only two diva pros. Their rookie, Kaval, was an experienced wrestler, and was easily the best out of the lot. Kaval ended up winning the competition, due to Lay-Cool's expert advice and their help. Kaval did not last long in the WWE, however, he wore Lay-Cool shirts forcefully and once kissed Layla too. Kaval slowly became a ladies man on NXT and won the competition, thus giving another accolade to Lay-Cool, and a way to make them more annoying. Michelle McCool has currently quit wrestling for a while, to stay home with her husband, the Undertaker, and take care of the kids, while Layla is currently wrestling without any direction. Her character is not clear to anyone, and she has no storyline. Kaval left the WWE after he won NXT and got a title match at Survivor Series. It was a shame, since Kaval is extremely talented.
