WWE NXT's 31 Wrestlers - Ranked From Worst To Best

12. Colin Cassady

Big Cass Nxt

Pros:

1. HE'S SEVEN FOOT TALL (and you can't teach that)

2. He's secretly a wonderful singer

3. One of NXT's best promos

Cons:

1. Not a great singles wrestler

2. Often loses to much smaller wrestlers

3. Has had difficulty maintaining an intimidating "big man" aura

Colin Cassady is destined for big things, mostly because he himself is big. 7 footers aren't easy to come by, even in WWE's land of the giants. He's also one of NXT's better promos, which already places him ahead of Baron Corbin, the promotion's other giant.

He's also extremely mobile for a big guy, and his jumping elbow smash puts Kevin Nash's to shame. Unfortunately, he's consistently struggled in singles matches, and it detracts significantly from his big man aura. It's telling that in NXT's recent "battle of irresistible forces", Baron Corbin wrestled Rhyno, a man half Cassady's size.

He's best served as the steak to Enzo Amore's sizzle, at least at the moment. If Queens' Finest can manage to combine his mass and charisma into a style that can support extended singles matches, he's going to be huge. Luckily you can teach that. It's what NXT is for.

Final rating: ***1/2
