3. Character may not translate well on the main roster
Bayley is a breath of fresh air for anyone sick of WWE's roles for women. She's not jealous, she's not crazy, she's not anyone's girlfriend. Instead, she has probably the most relatable gimmick in history: she's a wrestling fan.
She's AJ Lee before she had all the joy sucked out of her because of podcast drama and terrible two minute Raw matches, but she's also the little girl watching from the stands. Bayley makes wrestling, and wrestling fandom, seem like a fun thing that good-hearted people participate in, which is not the case in far too many cases.
She's no slouch in the ring, either. Despite not being built like a tank (and her generally friendly demeanor), Bayley is a secret powerhouse who can suplex you to death if she's pushed too far. One of the best things that wrestling can be is a validation that doing the right thing and being a good person matter, and Bayley's journey to the top will be an unforgettable one.
