WWE Payback 2020: 8 Nightmares That Could Come True

6. Asuka Gets a Bogus Challenger

Asuka carried parts of SummerSlam alongside Bayley and Sasha Banks. Together, that trio told a wonderful story across two separate matches, and they ended their night with another Raw Women's Title change. That's fine, because losing one belt motors the 'Golden Role Models' tale along and Asuka deserved it anyway.

WWE should give her the night off on Sunday.

Asuka and Banks worked another fun rematch on Raw, and it's true that the new champ can get a solid match out of pretty much anybody. However, there's zero need to put Asuka in there with someone like Natalya, Ruby Riott, one of The IIconics or literally anybody else just for the sake of it.

Her next challenger must be a good one, not a placeholder. Bayley's SmackDown Title reign has suffered from that all year, so nobody needs another Women's Champ in the same mediocre spots on 'B' level pay-per-views.

Fingers crossed nobody is bloody ready for Asuka.
