9. Dean Ambrose
The member of The Shield with the most critical praise, there is no doubt about Ambrose's in-ring prowess. He can work and sell. He is a reliable act who does the little things well, facial expressions and timing. In addition to being a talented worker he has also been the most assured Shield performer on the microphone, and is seen as the default leader of the faction. Triple H, CM Punk and The Undertaker have all expressed admiration for Ambrose's ability. He has proved himself time and time again, The Shield have been one of the most featured acts on the WWE roster. They have worked with nearly everyone in the company and wrestled more matches than most others. As well as featuring in the always entertaining six man matches, Ambrose has also had a run as a singles star with a US title run. In truth, this has been somewhat of a disaster, possibly due to lack of creative consideration. The reign has done nothing for Ambrose and the title has almost been forgotten about. Nevertheless, this is a great talent, he has worked hard all year in The Shield's many matches and segments.
