WWE Raw: 10 Things You May Have Missed (Nov 21)

2. Double Chair Spot Was A Reference To Hell In A Cell

Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens served up quite the arena-wide brawl during Raw's main event. A No Disqualification match, the bout featured almost everything. Steel chairs and tables were used, the pair fought in the crowd and Rollins even hit a jaw-dropping balcony-style dive onto Owens that sent the fans nuts.

Back at Hell In A Cell, KO crashed Rollins through a pair of steel chairs with a brutal-looking Powerbomb. That exact spot was referenced on Raw, only this time the fortunes of both men were reversed to favour the babyface. It was cool of Rollins and Owens to offer a nod towards what had come before on pay-per-view.

Setting up Seth for yet another Powerbomb through the chairs, Owens found himself on the receiving end of a Backdrop. The chairs didn't buckle like they had at Hell In A Cell, however the move still looked painful due to one of the weapons bending under KO's weight.

It's always nice when wrestlers reference spots they've used beforehand, especially when it makes sense. Owens used the Powerbomb to great effect previously, so why wouldn't he try it again?
