It's difficult to foresee much interest in a pay-per-view rematch between Titus O'Neil and Rusev at Battleground. The pair already locked horns at Money In The Bank, and did so again on Monday Night Raw. Even though it was a non-title match on the flagship show, it's still hard to see the need for another PPV showing.

Fans didn't really react to Titus during his introduction, aside from meekly cheering the announcement that he hails from Tampa, Florida. Rusev has already beaten O'Neil, so there's nothing to prove for the heel by doing so time and time again. A count out win for Titus did little to change that.

Right before the Bulgarian was counted out of the ring, he and O'Neil decided to rehash a spot from their Money In The Bank match. Looking like he wanted to leave with the WWE United States Title, Rusev then dashed into O'Neil and the pair hit one another with solid clotheslines.

Those who watched the pay-per-view will remember that spot. They used it right at the start of their match on that show.
