WWE RAW 30/10/13 Review
Summary
Average Segment Rating: 7.8
My Rating for RAW: 8.5
I thoroughly enjoyed that RAW; in places it was slow, but it made up for it in most segments. Randy Orton/Big Show/The Shield/The Usos/Dolph Ziggler/CM Punk/Paul Heyman and Stephanie McMahon were all on form, and they really lit up the show with their promos and wrestling.
The characters who did not have a good night or we needed to see more from include Daniel Bryan/Antonio Cesaro/Los Matadores/Santino Marella/Drew McIntyre (WHERE IS HE?!)/RVD and Damien Sandow. A majority of the names I mentioned are people who just need more screen time, but Los Matadores and Santino Marella are just not doing it for me.
Though I do like a bit of comedic wrestling or something lighter between the beatdowns and hard-hitting promos, these guys just don't make me want to tune in.
On the other hand, the promos that Randy Orton/Bray Wyatt/CM Punk/Paul Heyman and Big Show provided tonight were the perfect set-up to the upcoming PPV, and I believe WWE are in a good position to have a successful PPV on a similar level to SummerSlam. Good Luck, WWE.
