WWE RAW Review: 5 Things We Learned (5/5/2014)

4. Daniel Bryan And Kane Continue On

Following their colossal showdown at Extreme Rules just one night prior to RAW, Kane and Daniel Bryan continued on in their feud, with Brie Bella in tow. Again Stephanie McMahon set Bryan and Bella up, and again they fell for it, as she had their car pulled around backstage, and Kane ended up being in the back seat. This was accompanied by some great B-horror film acting from Brie Bella (she deserves better, she can actually wrestle), and Kane found himself on the receiving end of a rundown from a Daniel Bryan-driven automobile. http://youtu.be/9p-hd6I-7o0 I suppose this is the next stage in this feud, but all the shenanigans are starting to wear thin. Daniel Bryan should no longer be listening to Stephanie McMahon and her suggestions, and Brie Bella should be allowed to move on from this storyline. This entire program has the potential to really fall apart prior to Payback, where Kane and Bryan are rumored to be headed towards a Buried Alive or Casket Match. In order for this to work, Brie has to be put out to pasture from this story, and the men need to go toe to toe. They have a ton of history to draw from, and the damsel-in-distress act is not needed any longer.
