WWE Road To Wrestlemania 29: The Rock Takes Out John Cena

Ryback vs Mark Henry

The battle of the behemoths stepped up a gear this week, as Henry and Ryback flexed their muscles in different feats of strength. On Raw, Henry faced The Usos in a 2 on 1 Handicap match. In what was actually a surprisingly decent bout, Henry took the win, making sure the job was done with a couple more World's Strongest Slams to each Uso after the bell had rung. Not to be outdone, Ryback insisted on a match against three men, and was later granted his wish against 3MB. Despite some decent offensive - including a great looking half-dropsault kick from McIntyre - Ryback eventually picked up the win, with a double Shellshock to Slater and Mahal. On Smackdown, the two would step into the ring with each other for a weightlifting contest. Henry went first, hitting a massive 53 reps, apparently a new record. Ryback went next, and looked set to make it to 54. However, for health and safety reasons I'm sure, Henry was stood behind the rack, and pushed the weight bar down on Ryback's neck before he could break his record, leaving Ryback gasping for air on the floor. The storyline between Henry and Ryback really does write itself, and doesn't even need to go much beyond the 'two big men both want to be the biggest' theme. Let them go at it at Wrestlemania with plenty of big hits and the match should be entertaining enough. Prediction: Note that while Henry has lifted Ryback up for the slam, Ryback is yet to try and get Henry onto his shoulders. Expect them to save that for Wrestlemania, before Ryback takes the win.
