WWE Road to Wrestlemania 29: Triple H Puts Career On The Line Against Brock Lesnar
Mark Henry vs Ryback
After Mark Henry delivered three World's Strongest Slams to a prone Ryback last week, the latter was back on Raw for yet another 'definitely not super predictable match' against David Otunga. After beating Otunga in a flash, Ryback cut one of his heavy breathing promos, before Mark Henry came out. He however was promptly stopped by Teddy Long and Vicke Guerrero. In a move far too reminiscent of the thrown together fatal four way to decide The Undertaker's opponent a couple of weeks ago, the pair got involved for no apparent reason and declared they were taking Ryback out of the match with The Shield at Wrestlemania, and putting him into one with Mark Henry. It baffles me that creative cannot think of a better way to put matches together than this. Anyway, on hearing the news Ryback delivered another Shellshock to Otunga to make his point, and that was our lot. On Smackdown it was Henry's turn, squashing Zack Ryder in a quick match before delivering a couple more World's Strongest Slams to bring Ryback out. The confrontation would end with Ryback clearing Henry out the ring with a clothesline. Creative are actually doing quite a good job of building this one up, the random set up on Raw aside, and the match in New Jersey will at least be fresh and new. The sight of Ryback with Henry on his shoulders for Shellshock would be damn impressive whatever your thoughts are on the two behemoths. Prediction: Ryback wins to put him over as the WWE's biggest monster - a friendly one though obviously.
