NXT Halloween Havoc 2021 has been confirmed. Here's who'll fight for the NXT Title...

Tommaso Ciampa

NXT 2.0 rookie Bron Breakker will challenge NXT Champion Tommaso Ciampa on the developmental brand's 26 October episode.

This, along with news that 26 October will be another Halloween Havoc special, was announced during last night's show. The match comes with a caveat, though: if Joe Gacy is able to defeat Ciampa in a non-title match next week (12 October), he'll be added to the Havoc bout, making it a Triple Threat.

Bron and Tommaso have interacted several times over the past few weeks. Breakker met with Ciampa at the end of NXT 2.0's reboot episode on 14 September and teamed with him against Ridge Holland and Pete Dunne the following week, keeping his eyes on the NXT Title at the same time. Then, last night, Bron interrupted the NXT Champion's in-ring promo, saying that while he respects Tommaso, he wants the gold.

Breakker challenged Ciampa for Halloween Havoc, and Ciampa accepted. The match is made.

This will be the second consecutive year that WWE has ran the Halloween-themed show, having used the old WCW pay-per-view name for the first time on 28 October 2020.

Ciampa vs. Breakker is the only Halloween Havoc match made thus far.
