While there may have been a whole host of WWE departures in recent months, there now comes word on a couple of expected new additions.

Per Fightful Select, the Dropouts tag team of Scott Green and the Tuckman are believed to be on their way to WWE after finishing up in Australia and following a recent WWE tryout. For those maybe not too familiar with 24-year-old Green and 25-year-old Tuckman, they're a fun, energetic tag team that has caused quite the stir online with their Chelsea Dagger-driven entrance.

These are the latest names on their way to WWE, with NJPW junior heavyweight icon Hiromu Takahashi expected to appear in NXT soon, Big Cass and Enzo Amore believed to be on the cusp of a WWE return, and the understanding that independent standout Richard Holliday has signed/is signing with WWE after impressing in a tryout.

For Takahashi, he's a five-time IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion and had several years where he was legitimately one of the very best wrestlers on the planet. While his electric, smash-mash style has seen him having to slow down a smidge in recent years, Hiromu is still only 36 and could thrive with the less heavy-hitting WWE style.

In the case of Big Cass and Enzo Amore, Cass departed AEW recently, where his run as Big Bill has come to an end, whilst Enzo was reportedly at the WWE Performance Center last month. Given the era of audience participation WWE is in these days - be that Yeet, singing Seth Rollins' theme song, etc - the catchphrase-heavy Cass and Enzo could easily become one of the most over acts in WWE as and when they re-debut.

Richard Holliday is a fascinating signing for WWE, somebody who's busted their backside on the independent scene for years, who's reinvented themselves over those years, who's got a devastating Signature Move and magnificent moustache, and somebody who's long been tailor-made for what WWE looks for in a classic 'sports entertainer'. First really coming to prominence in MLW in 2019 as part of the Dynasty - alongside Alexander Hammerstone and a certain Maxwell Jacob Friedman - Holliday was forced to step away from the ring in 2022 due to a battle with cancer; a battle he thankfully won. Since returning to action midway through 2023, the Most Marketable Man in Wrestling has been incredibly busy, including working for notable indies such as GCW and Beyond, not to mention working for the NWA and having a couple of matches in AEW.
