9. The Rock OR CM Punk
As mentioned above, I think the order of the show could give some clue as to the eventual winner of the Rumble. If the WWE Title match headlines, I think the odds of Cena winning increase. If however, the Rumble headlines the show, we will already know the victor between Punk and Rock. I think the stage will then be set for the loser to be an entrant into the Rumble itself. Say Rock wins, dethroning CM Punk, perhaps Punk will decide he wants to take Rocky all the way to Wrestlemania and take his title back on the grandest stage of them all. Or perhaps Punk wins, and Rock decides he wants another chance, and enters the Rumble to grab his second bite at Wrestlemania. It all depends on whether WWE is happy to carry on the feud between Punk and Rock all the way to Wrestlemania, all the while leaving Cena out of the picture. There is still of course the potential for a three-way match at Wrestlemania, if for example Rock wins, Cena wins the Rumble, and Punk demands his re-match at Wrestlemania.
