3. Anticlimactic Ending #1

Unless things change from here until WrestleMania 29, this WrestleMania is looking to be the third one in a row which involves The Rock and John Cena in the main event, which goes to show that the WWE has done a bang-up job in creating new superstars in the last few years. Granted, the economy hasn't stabilised and McMahon's personal jet ain't gonna fuel itself. Most of us knew John Cena was going to win the Royal Rumble match and have his "once in a lifetime" match with The Rock again. Part of being a wrestling fan is acceptance. However, as far as Rumble finishes go, this one has to be one of the most anti-climactic. Last year's finish between Sheamus and Chris Jericho was great considering the close calls and back and forth battle. Cena should've struggled more with Ryback. Ryback should've dominated him until the end. The Shield should've ran in and screwed Ryback just as he was about to have eliminated Cena. The WWE should've...come up with something more exciting. They could've done it a bunch of different ways, but instead they simply went with Cena just pushing Ryback over the top rope, which just went to show that regardless of the tired comparisons...
