Much like the previous three guys on this list, Dolph Ziggler's fortunes haven't been much to write home about lately. Backstage rumours have flown around that Ziggler's interview with tabloid newspaper The Sun got him into hot water with creative, who decided to book him poorly since then. While that's debatable, one can't argue with the underused talent of The Show-Off, who has only held the World Heavyweight Championship twice, once upon cashing in his Money in the Bank briefcase in 2013, and once upon being awarded it by Vickie Guerrero, before losing it later that night. Not quite the accomplishments befitting a man of Ziggler's capability. A pre-Wrestlemania run of victories resulted in many thinking that the Ohio-born Ziggler was sure to have a main event run in the WWE. But a failure to win in the past few weeks has seen Ziggler falling back down the ladder of irrelevance on the roster, and it'd need to be a huge push to get him back into the main event picture. Despite all of that, there is an upside to a Ziggler push. The guy already has a huge fanbase, across the young kids who buy his T-shirts and repeatedly cheer for him, to the normally-harsh Internet Wrestling Community, who also (generally) respect him and root for him in competition. The pop he received upon cashing in his briefcase during the post-Wrestlemania Raw last year (famous for atracting its 'smart' wrestling fans) just goes to show that. Ziggler's enthusiasm for wrestling is paramount, and his combination of high-flying maneuvers, cocky promos, and underdog spirit have made him a very widely-loved superstar. If there's a spot for him in the Royal Rumble next year, he'd be as good a winner as you could get.
