As much as I genuinely love The Brotherhood, Cody and Goldust are due to split. They haven't been in the Tag Team Championship picture in quite some time, and have only been embroiled in pointless feuds with the likes of Fandango for quite some time. Goldust himself has expressed desire, via his Twitter, to have a matchup with his brother Cody, and given how great both of them are in the ring, it could be the perfect match to retire the Goldust character, who at 45 must surely be looking towards retirement soon. Cody himself is the perfect mix of lightning-quick agility and technical prowess, and his in-ring work has led to him gaining a dedicated following, not least during the Summer of 2013, during his split from Damien Sandow, and the storyline that saw him fired by Triple H. Much like Daniel Bryan, Cody could seek revenge on The Authority, who, if they're still around, will surely be hoping for a better Wrestlemania in 2015 than they had this year. After Cody and Goldust split, there's no real telling as to which avenue the youngest Rhodes brother might take, but a Royal Rumble win would be high on the list of any of his fans' wishes for the near future, and would be the crowning glory for one of the most underrated wrestling dynasties of all time.
