WWE Royal Rumble 2016: 10 Best Choices To Win

2. Brock Lesnar

If the main event of WrestleMania ends up being a rematch of last year€™s headliner between Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar, it€™s going to take tricky booking to keep the fans from overwhelmingly supporting Lesnar again. Their bout last year was surprisingly excellent and a runback would need to follow an entirely different formula to be viewed as fresh and not a rehash. The prevailing wisdom €“ as it was last year, admittedly €“ is that Reigns leaves WrestleMania with the belt around his waist. If that€™s the case, it€™s better to have him win the title at the event than merely successfully defend it. It has a greater impact and makes the show feel bigger. Therefore, Brock needs to walk into Dallas as WWE Champion, and if that€™s going to be the case then he needs to win the Royal Rumble. How I€™d Book It: I€™d have the remaining five men in the ring be Roman Reigns and all four members of the Wyatt Family and it€™s looking academic from this point. The announcers are selling how the family will no doubt toss Reigns and then eliminate themselves in favor of their leader winning the title. Then Lesnar would enter at #30 and throw out all four of the Wyatts, the match coming down to just he and Roman, which Brock would win after a hard-fought battle, setting the stage for the big rematch at WrestleMania 32.
