5. Lesnar And Reigns Eliminate The League Of Nations
Unfortunately, it seems the League Of Nations are already becoming an afterthought as WWE races towards WrestleMania. The promotion's televised output moves so quickly nowadays that Sheamus and clan have only been together a few months, yet it's coming across like WWE are already moving on from them. In the Royal Rumble, it's hard to picture them as being anything more than cannon fodder. The position The Wyatt Family were afforded on Raw would have typically been given to the League Of Nations before. Instead, they look like upper-midcard heels who are there to do little more than make up the numbers in the 30-man match. Much like The Wyatts, perhaps Sheamus, 'King' Barrett, Rusev and Alberto Del Rio will be given a short period of domination, but it's inconceivable to see that lasting too long. For the most brief of moments, Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns could even team up to eliminate each member of the League Of Nations. Admittedly, this puts the story that they are the biggest threat to Reigns to bed a little, but that's not how WWE have booked things anyway. Brock is a much larger threat to Reigns than anyone in the heel faction, for example.
