WWE Royal Rumble 2017: 10 Superstars We Actually Want To See Win

2. Bray Wyatt

He looks good with gold on him, doesn’t he? When the Eater Of Worlds won his first ever championship at TLC at the end of 2016, it was a long time coming and more than a little deserved for the man whose gimmick consists of a beard and a rocking chair - it’s hard to maintain this maniacal persona when you keep losing. But Bray’s time is now, and let’s be honest, SmackDown needs more than Dean Ambrose as a viable threat to the Styles throne.

Winning the Rumble would finally cement Wyatt as a serious contender in the eyes of the audience and the company, instead of a mid-card shuffler that dances around the tag division. He’s one of the best guys on the mic and can put on a solid match with just about anyone, but the only way for this character to progress is in the singles division is to win something big. And c’mon, Wyatt vs Styles at 'Mania is a winner - even if Orton would finally turn and cost Bray the match. THE SCENES!
