WWE Royal Rumble 2019: 10 Things That Must Happen

4. Braun Strowman Enters The Rumble

WWE's protection strategy for Braun Strowman extended to pulling him from the Rumble card entirely and sacrificing Finn Bálor to the part-time Gods instead. Wait a minute now. "Entirely"? Hmm. Something about that doesn't sound 100% plausible. Braun will be at the Rumble in some capacity.

Our guess is that he'll be part of the 30-man Rumble itself.

Why not? Raw proved that Strowman's story with Brock and the Universal Title is far from finished, and it's not like the big guy is doing anything else anyway. He doesn't need to win or anything, but he should realistically be part of the 30 before Lesnar comes out to p*ss on his parade and rub his title success in a little more.

That's WWE's out for an elimination. Either Brock can pull him to the outside from the ring apron, or Braun can eliminate himself to chase down the champion. Don't forget there's another pay-per-view to go before 'Mania, and it's in WWE's interests to keep Strowman in the title picture until then.
