Kaitlyn accomplished far more than what was initially expected of her and then some after her NXT Season 3 victory that earned her a spot on the SmackDown roster.

Her in-ring ability was nothing to write home about at that point, but much like Eve Torres, she prided herself on improving and learned a lot through teaming with AJ Lee from 2011 to 2012. Following their split, she unintentionally broke out as a babyface and worked her way up the card before finally securing her first and only Divas Championship in January 2013.

The rest of her run could have been handled better, but she and AJ deserve credit for crafting one of the best stories the Divas division had featured in years. Their series of matches over the championship was the first step in legitimizing the title and ushering in a new era for the women where they were looked at as more than just a bathroom break.

Kaitlyn quit WWE in January 2014 before she could hit her stride again but returned to the ring without missing a beat as part of the second-annual Mae Young Classic in 2018. She later appeared in a blink-and-you-missed-it backstage segment at Raw Reunion last summer.

If there's one thing left for her to do in WWE before officially calling it a career, it's competing in the women's Royal Rumble.
