"If Daniel Bryan and Edge got cleared, anybody can!" is too simplistic an argument to make for Paige's Royal Rumble participation. Every injury is different. One wrestler being given the thumbs-up doesn't guarantee another, as everything is situational, and there's a good chance the neck injury suffered while working a December 2017 house show may doom Paige to an eternity on the sidelines.

But Paige certainly wants people to believe there's a chance. She keeps teasing the possibility on social media and other platforms. Fair play to her, she's one hell of a saleswoman, and a comeback here would have comparable energy to Edge in 2020.
