WWE Royal Rumble 2025: 10 Surprise Entrants We Could See

5. Alexa Bliss

Wrestling fans haven't watched Alexa Bliss do her thing since the 2023 Royal Rumble. That means, should she enter the 2025 match, it'll be over two full years since Bliss last worked inside a WWE ring. That isn't quite the five years people have waited for Matt Cardona to return, but it's still quite the absence. Unlike Cardona, Alexa hasn't been living her best life on the indy circuit.

She had a baby and dealt with several health issues. However, recent reports say Bliss's return to action is imminent, and that's fab news. WWE chiefs are formulating plans for Alexa's comeback, but there's no word just yet on whether or not she'll be team Raw or team SmackDown going forwards. Either roster could use her star power as a babyface, to be honest.

Seeing Alexa back on screens would be a feel good moment for many. News filtering in about skin cancer cell removal was worrying, and it's never nice to think of anybody struggling with that sort of thing. She deserves to be happy, and her fans have waited patiently to see 'Little Miss Bliss' rekindle the glory days of 2016-2017 by becoming an ever-present on TV.

It looks like 2025 will be her year to run it back.

Kicking things off at the Rumble would be wise. There'd be a ton of smiling faces if Alexa's old music blasted over the speakers, she walked down the aisle with a smile, then she tussled with some of the newer faces who have made waves since her last match. Bliss vs. Tiffany Stratton, Rhea Ripley or Chelsea Green would all be fresh feeling match ups.
