WWE Royal Rumble 2025: Predicting All 30 Entrants

9. Andrade

Admittedly, we're about to hit a stretch of workers who have next to no chance of winning the Rumble but can bruise a few egos whilst they're involved. Andrade is that kind of performer. He's probs never going to be a World Title contender during this second WWE stint, but Triple H knows 'El Idolo' will always turn on the style.

He's reliable, and that's important. 'A good hand', as they say.

Andrade is exactly the kind of worker who can pin down the middle portion of the Rumble by hitting a few flashy moves in between more important spots. Besides, selfishly, this writer just wants to see what it'd look like if he was going toe to toe with Damian Priest. That's a combo WWE must book together in a singles someday. They'd complement one another nicely, so why not here?

10. Chad Gable

SHOOOOOOSH! What's that? The "SHOOOOOOOSH!" gimmick is old hat and not something Chad Gable does anymore?! Boo to that. In fairness, Gable leading the seriously athletic American Made faction does have potential now he's away from Otis, Maxxine and Akira Tozawa-led silliness. Chad is another who fits the 'solid hand' quota for this match.

However, it'd be something if he was booked to eliminate Jimmy Uso and start some beef with The Usos/Bloodline. That'd represent huge progress for American Made, and who doesn't want to see The Creed Brothers vs. Jimmy and Jey at some stage in the future? That's a legitimately fresh match for Trips and his creative team.

Gable's character frustrations will be at an all time high heading into the Rumble. Surely, he'll have stared at the lights for the debuting ex-AEW man Penta by then.
