Roman Reigns must be ranked as a fave to win any match he's involved in, and the Royal Rumble is his to lose. Roman has headlined more WrestleManias than he can count at this stage in the game, and he isn't done yet. A showdown with CM Punk would be delicious, but WWE might fancy yet another Reigns vs. Cody Rhodes collision too. Surely not in 2026 though?

Roman vs. Punk sounds 'Mania 42 worthy. Of course, a lot of that hinges on Seth Rollins availability for the biggest weekender of the year. If he's out, then having Reigns win the 2026 Rumble before setting sights on the World Heavyweight Championship and a full time gig on Raw sounds plausible.
