T.J. Perkins showing up last on this list isn't so much a comment against his ability as it is a testament to the talent of the incoming Cruiserweight division competitors.

While only 32 years-old, he's already had an incredibly lengthy career, as he had his first match at the age of 14. Since then, he's been all around the world, competing in New Japan, CMLL, PWG, ROH and most recently in TNA, where he had a run as the masked Manik. It's an impressive resume, making him absolutely ready for the main stage.

What gives him his ranking here, is that while he's great in the ring, his promo skills have never been strong, which will likely hold him back a bit in WWE. Some wrestlers, like Rey Mysterio, have been able to work their way around weak verbal skills, but he's more of an exception to the rule.

Still, Perkins is a solid addition to the division, and hopefully is given the opportunity to enhance his character to become a player in the company.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
