8. Shane McMahon Playing It Smart

Each week on Monday Night Raw, it's clear to see that Stephanie McMahon flips between playing heel and babyface with alarming regularity. One minute, Steph is acting friendly towards Mick Foley. The next, she's punishing babyfaces for absolutely no reason. Stephanie could take a page out of her own brother's book, Shane plays his role perfectly.

A babyface, Shane-O-Mac rarely does anything to ruin that aura. In the ring with James Ellsworth and Dean Ambrose, McMahon appeared uncomfortable as he told Ambrose he was banned from the building. Shane didn't even word it like that, he simply said that Dean should take the night off.

Acknowledging that it wouldn't be a popular decision with the live crowd, Shane also remarked that he didn't really want to do it. Unfortunately, he felt that Ambrose had overstepped the mark by attacking AJ Styles at Survivor Series, nearly costing Team SmackDown the chance to win.

Shane didn't retreat into an easy heel character like his sibling when tearing down Ambrose, he did it gently and in a realistic manner.
