WWE Smackdown Results 6/11/12 - Randy Orton RKO's Del Rio On The Stairs!

Last night's WWE Super SmackDown results from Birmingham, England. Josh Matthews and John Bradshaw Layfield are on commentary. Michael Cole brings out Sheamus to start the show, who appears angry and says he and William Regal had been to a pub in Birmingham and Big Show going Berzerker on them both. Sheamus says he respects Big Show but he went too far in attacking Regal. Big Show appears on the TitanTron and calls Sheamus an ungrateful ginger. They hype Survivor Series. Sheamus challenges Show but he refuses. Wade Barrett's music plays and he questions Sheamus' sanity in wanting to fight Big Show as he already has a match scheduled against Barrett on Main Event. After the break, we cut to the back with Booker T saying he talked William Regal into agreeing to a match tonight. It will be Regal & Sheamus vs Wade Barrett and Big Show. 1) WWE Intercontinental Champion Kofi Kingston defeated The Miz to retain his title. Kofi hit the crossbody on Miz for the victory. Kofi celebrates in the ring after his victory while Miz wonders what he needs to do to beat him. Miz stares Kofi down and then offers out his hand. Kofi his a drop kick to Miz instead. 2) The Prime Time Players defeated Rey Mysterio & Sin Cara when Titus hit the Clash of the Titans for the pinfall. Vickie Guerrero claims backstage she has more footage of the John Cena/AJ Lee affair that will be show on RAW next week. 3) World Heavyweight Champion Big Show & Wade Barrett defeated Sheamus & William Regal in a long match when Big Show hit the Knockout punch on Regal for the victory. Alberto Del Rio and Ricardo Rodriguez have a backstage segment hyping Del Rio's Falls Count Anywhere Match against Randy Orton. Randy Orton gives his response in the next segment. 4) Randy Orton defeated Alberto Del Rio (with Ricardo Rodriguez) in a lengthy Falls Count Anywhere Match when Orton hit the RKO on the stairs for the victory.
