WWE SummerSlam 2016: 7 Reasons Dolph Ziggler Should Win WWE Title
6. Expect The Unexpected
One of the most effective ways of separating SmackDown from Raw is by having the blue brand be the show where the unexpected happens.
Entering the August 21 pay-per-view, few expect Ziggler to actually beat Ambrose to leave with the WWE Championship. To many, he is a transitional challenger, a stop gap before The Lunatic Fringe mixes it up with AJ Styles in the month of September.
But what if he was not? What if the SmackDown brand was shaken to its core by a Ziggler one. The show once considered the most formulaic, with the least happening, would instantly become must-see television with Ziggler the scrappy underdog titleholder at the top of the card.
