Maybe it's a bit premature to judge WWE for something that has yet to happen but, given that they've pulled something like this countless times before (and refused to learn their lesson), you can't blame anyone for assuming that that we're going to watch Charlotte Flair defeat Trish Stratus.

In the past, John Cena and Roman Reigns were both incredibly well-received performers but, as soon as the WWE Universe caught onto the fact that the powers-that-be were shoving them down their throats, they turned on them. In spite of that, the latter won multiple championships, main-evented four consecutive WrestleManias and even defeated The Undertaker on that sacred stage. If there are things you just don't do... WWE will find a way to do them.

Now, it seems that Charlotte Flair has become the women's division's answer to those guys. Though incredibly-talented, she has constantly been at the forefront of the Women's evolution, taken part in countless 'firsts' for the women's division and defeated just about every other female superstar that came her way.

To top it all off, she ended Asuka's undefeated streak, and subsequently ended her push - only to do it all again when she took the SmackDown Women's Championship from her earlier this year. Oh yeah, and she broke Trish Stratus' record for the most Women's Championship wins in just a few short years.

Now, even though she's done it all (and the fans still aren't taking to her like they once did), she's going to defeat one of the greatest of all time on one of the biggest stages of all time when she clearly doesn't need the rub.
