WWE SummerSlam 2021: 10 Things That Must Happen

...with this.

Obviously, Baron Corbin has stolen Big E's Money In The Bank briefcase, so this entry would rely on WWE correcting that come this Friday's 'go home' episode of SmackDown. Assuming they do so, then E can cash in on Bobby Lashley at SummerSlam and become the new WWE Champion.

Yes, cash in on Bobby Lashley to become WWE Champ, not Universal. That may confuse some, because E has been shadowing Paul Heyman in recent backstage skits on SmackDown. Here's the thing though: WWE typically cool on MITB winners unless they cash in quickly, and it'd be an outright disaster if the New Day powerhouse failed to win when he did so. That seems more likely to happen on SmackDown than on Raw.

Plus, E would be avenging recent beatings Bobby has given to his friends Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods. Seeing that trio celebrate on the ramp with the WWE Title would conjure up images of 'Mania 35 and rocket E right up the pecking order towards main event status.
