5. WWE Raw Tag Titles: AJ Styles & Omos (c) Vs. RK-Bro
Result: Orton kills Styles with the RKO to win the straps (7:05).
Rating: This was a solid little opener that got in and out quickly, even if it actually might've benefitted from being at least a few minutes longer.
WWE continues to book AJ and Omos smartly by using Omos in small doses and having AJ do the brunt of the work, but the crowd was red-hot for RK-Bro and so it was the right move to give them the belts.
The finishing sequence between Orton and Styles was great, and who doesn't love an RKO outta nowhere?
It'll be interesting to see where Styles and Omos go from here, as many fans have been patiently waiting to see Styles back in a singles program.
Not a SummerSlam opener for the ages, but a good time all the same. 6/10
