Result: Roman finally puts Cena down with a Spear to retain the title (23:00).

Rating: It did this match no favours at all that it came at the end of a show running well over four hours, especially given how well-paced the Thunderdome-era events have been.

It got off to a surprisingly slow, uneventful start and struggled to pick up much momentum, and though there were some fun near-falls later on, it felt a bit too much like a standard-fare finisher-spam WWE main event.

Still, Roman and Cena have great chemistry and played up to that throughout, even if this would've benefitted from cutting the saggy, sluggish opening and just getting to the point.

The Brock return was neat, though, and is ultimately what people are really going to be talking about coming away from this match. It was an acceptable main event in a wildly mixed bag of a show. 6/10
