There's just no way Theory is winning that United States Title back.
Bobby Lashley only won it at Money In The Bank, and he's being presented as Raw's top babyface champion due to Roman Reigns' part-time (ish) status and the fact that WWE's 'Tribal Chief' is a heel. It's unthinkable to picture Theory regaining the strap here.
The cocky WWE pet project already has that MITB briefcase, so the US belt would only get in the way and muddy those waters as he strives for main events. Come SummerSlam, it makes sense to imagine that Bobby will beat him in another competitive back-and-forth (these guys have chemistry), then Dolph Ziggler will attack.
24 hours later, creative can set up some sort of briefcase battle for Clash At the Castle. A ladder match in the UK would be fun, and it'd play to the strengths of workers like Dolph too. Stick that briefcase high above the ring and let them go at it!
