WWE SummerSlam 2025: 12 Nightmares That Could Come True

10. Talla Tonga Looks Useless

Big Talla has to have his Kane moment here.

To explain, Kane ripped the door off Hell In A Cell back in 1997 and looked like a million dollar machine doing so. Talla Tonga could either do that, or he could just interfere and help Solo Sikoa win generally. It’s very important that he starts looking like the killer cog in Solo’s new faction rather than just another warm body for Jacob Fatu to bounce around in beatdown segments.

If Talla interferes then Jacob wins the United States Title back anyway, then why should fans view Talla as a threat? Be very careful here, writing team. You definitely don't want to squash Tonga's importance to the cause in just one solitary month. The big beast hasn't even worked a televised match yet. Sawing his legs off at the knee and making him look totally ineffectual when defending Sikoa would be daft at this early stage.

Put simply, Talla must be the difference maker (like Fatu was for Solo before they split). That's surely why he was brought in as a bodyguard in the first place?! He'd be clowned overnight if Michael Cole said something like: 'Here comes Talla Tonga. Oh well, so much for that. There goes Talla Tonga!'.

That wouldn't just be unnecessary, it'd be insulting to the story and a real disservice to Sikoa's brand new faction. Sadly, early signs are not good for Tonga. He's been smashing the place up, but arguably nowhere near enough to reflect his size or power. Maintain that menace, please Hunter.
