So is CM Punk a heel yet or what? He got a huge ovation as he entered the ring, which is pretty strange for a guy who recently attacked The Rock! Be that as it may this triple threat battle for the WWE Championship seemed designed solely to make Big Show look like a massive threat to the WWE locker room. For the majority of the match Cena and Punk were slapped, punched, kicked, speared and slammed all over the ringside area by an absolutely dominant 500 pound monster. It wasn't until an AA by Cena and duel submission holds by Cena and Punk (at the same time) that Show was grounded and ultimately stopped in his tracks. As Show tapped out it was clear WWE was playing for a double winner swerve. Queue RAW General Manager AJ Lee skipping to the ring to prevent a screwy conclusion. After several minutes of arguing Lee called for the bell to be tolled to sound the start of the match which lead to a double choke slam by Show and two very near falls. The conclusion of the match came as Cena was about to score a victory. Punk sneaked up behind him, threw him out of the ring and covered Big Show for the 1-2-3. If this is how Punk is supposed to turn full heel then it was a weak way to do it. This was the best match on the card thus far but the ending seemed rushed and did not do the rest of the match justice. It will be interesting to see where Punk and Cena go from here in the build up to Rock and Cena 2 at next year's Wrestlemania and Rock/Punk at the Rumble.
