2. Paul Orndorff
Having recently turned babyface after being replaced in the Heenan Family by 'Ravishing' Rick Rude, the 1987 Survivor Series was actually Paul Orndorff's last PPV appearance in the World Wrestling Federation.
After battling (and beating!) cancer, Orndorff actually made an in-ring return in 2017 at the age of 67. Other than that, he remains retired and lives in Georgia.
