3. The Tag Title Match Was Confusing And Poorly Executed
http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xrzxk2_dlo-brown-and-mark-henry-vs-the-new-age-outlaws-vs-the-headbangers_sport Since there was a tournament going on and some guys had to wrestle more than once, it was important that WWE put on some matches that weren't part of the tournament. However, the tag match they ran with really wasn't that good. The tag title match with the New Age Outlaws defending the tag gold against Mark Henry & D-Lo Brown as well as the Headbangers really wasn't very good. They had three guys in the ring at once while the other three were on the apron, so it was triple threat rules. Road Dogg spent much of the match getting beat up while the other teams kept tagging in and out. Teams just didn't buy into the challengers as major threats. There were all kinds of issues with the finish of the match. Guys weren't breaking up pins when they should have and you could hear the ref talking to guys to get into the right position. When Gunn got the hot tag, he was able to get the win for his team thanks to a piledriver. You could tell that the announcers thought the match was bad too because they weren't raving about it. At least JR didn't call it "bowling shoe ugly" like he does sometimes.
