WWE Survivor Series 2019: 10 Things That Must Happen

1. NXT Ends The Night On Top

So is NXT as a brand.

It'd take an almighty dump all over the new USA Network property if NXT was booked like WCW/ECW during 2001's invasion. They're not 'in over their heads', and they should be taken seriously as an equal to both Raw and SmackDown going forwards. At Survivor Series, they must come out on top in most major matches.

The show should end with Triple H, Adam Cole, Shayna Baszler and everyone else celebrating. This is their arrival on a bigger platform than before, and it's NXT's time to shine heading into the most lucrative period of the year for WWE. That must come across loud and clear.

Raw and SmackDown wouldn't gain much by winning anything at the pay-per-view anyway. Their so-called "brand loyalty" is bound to dissipate straight after the show is done. Meanwhile, NXT (for all the flaws in this invasion) has a future to fight for and parity to establish.
