4. Daniel Bryan Loses

Despite the loudest crowd reactions of the night, Daniel Bryan could not overcome the 3 on 1 advantage of The Wyatt family. It was yet another loss for Bryan on pay per view in the second half of 2013, yet another night in which he was screwed over. I get that it is all playing into a bigger story, but for me the pay per view failings have been disappointing for Bryan. He needed rewarding here, a big overcoming the odds win would have been appropriate. The match was hyped as a dangerous 3 on 1 challenge for Bryan, the selling point could Bryan overcome the Wyatt family? He couldn't it turned out and all the hype only served to further disappoint. Admittedly, the pin for Bray Wyatt did the charismatic star a world of good. He can build on this. For Daniel Bryan fans however it was yet another frustrating night in which his underdog hype failed to overcome the obstacles placed in front of him. Let's hope WWE finally pushes him all the way in Mania season, they have done all they can now in establishing his sympathetic underdog credentials. It is time for a big win.
