2. SmackDown Tag Titles - Ladder Match: The New Day (c) Vs. The Revival

Result: The New Day retain the straps after Kofi grabs them (19:20).

Rating: This was pretty much as terrific a TLC opener as you could've hoped for, with incredible bumps from both teams despite a couple of iffy timing miscues.

It achieved that delicate balance of being incredibly spot-centric while not feeling desperately overbooked, which is tougher than it might seem.

If you were worried that Kofi was going to flag post-title reign, this was proof that it's clearly not the case at all. He was the easy MVP here, though Big E. was also fantastic, especially with that Big Ending off the ladder.

Either team could've won this and left fans happy, and while a Revival victory would've made sense, it's hard to argue with what we got. 7/10
