WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week (April 27)

6. Team Oh No, I Don't Want To See This

While Daniel Bryan just won the WWE title, it's pretty clear that he is not the next top star in management's eyes. He's not even going to be given a chance by the looks of things. His first singles program after his title win is going to be against The Big Red Glorified Jobber Kane. Apparently Batista, HHH and Orton are too busy reliving a modestly popular stable from a decade ago to try and win the title. First off, we've already seen these two feud recently for free on Raw and SmackDown. Bryan pretty decisively won those matches. Kane also jobbed unbelievably easily at WrestleMania, and that was the last WWE pay-per-view match. Remember the days it took three Tombstone piledrivers to finish him off at WrestleMania? A good snap-mare takeover could do the trick these days. Don't worry, though, he's totally serious again because he has a mask. Let's not forget that when he did have a mask in Team Hell No, he was still a mid-carder who could be beat fairly easily. This just makes me think back to WrestleMania XX when Chris Benoit first won the Heavyweight Title. After he was through with the HHH and Shawn Michaels rematches, he to moved onto Kane. That was 10 years ago when Kane was 36, and had come off of a losing WrestleMania effort. It didn't work then, and probably won't work now. WWE isn't fooling the fans, Kane has no momentum, and he's going to drag down Bryan whether Bryan beats him or not.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
