WWE: Top 10 Tag Teams Of The Attitude Era

9. Jeff Jarrett & Owen Hart

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oeTIHaqAvzw Managed by the voluptuous Debra, solid mid-carders Jeff Jarrett and Owen Hart formed a tag team in 1998. As real life friends and travelling partners, they gelled well as a heel tag team. An ongoing theme of their matches would be for Debra to step onto the apron to distract the referee or one of their opponents, so that they could gain an illegal advantage in order to win. They captured the WWF Tag Team titles on January 25th 1999, on an episode of Raw is War, defeating then-champions Ken Shamrock and the Big Boss Man, the night after the Royal Rumble pay-per-view. They held the titles for a total of 56 days, which included defences against D'Lo Brown and Mark Henry at the St. Valentine's Day Massacre pay-per-view in February, and then saw off the team of Brown and Test at WrestleMania XV in March. They eventually lost the titles to Kane and X-Pac. They remained a team until the tragic death of Owen Hart in May 1999.
