WWE: Top 10 Tag Teams Of The Attitude Era

8. The A.P.A.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EjFeS8pbPsU Faarooq and Bradshaw had a brief run as the Hell's Henchmen in 1998, before being renamed The Acolytes when they joined the Undertaker's Ministry of Darkness in January 1999. They worked as the Undertaker's henchmen, attacking the Dead Man's enemies along with other stable members Viscera and Mideon. They'd later that year win the WWF Tag Team titles twice as members of the Corporate-Ministry, the merging of the Corporation and the Ministry, following feuds with X-Pac & Kane and the Hardy Boyz. The work that they will perhaps be remembered for, however, were when they evolved into the Acolytes Protection Agency in early 2000, when wrestlers started paying them for protection. Although they did still compete in matches, this would shift their focus from targeting championships to drinking beer backstage and making money for superstars who required their services. They were involved in many comical segments in their backstage "office" area which included no walls but a wooden frame door that visitors had to knock on and walk through in order to enter.
