It was enjoyable for what it was, and when it comes to big characters does it get any bigger than Andre the Giant? Two of the most famous names ever in wrestling are Andre and Warrior, so putting them together was always going to be memorable. For sheer spectacle their contests deserve going in this list. The video above is admittedly not their finest moment. The lack of a clean finish hurts it, but the action beforehand is fascinating to see given the star power of both men. The exchange of bear hugs and struggle for power is appropriate given Andre's size. Warrior's clotheslines finally chopping down the Giant (out of the ring no less) is shocking to see. Andre and Warrior's matches on the road were said to be even better. There is however one very controversial story about the pair. According to Bobby "The Brain" Heenan, Andre didn't much like Warrior's conduct on their tour of house shows. This doesn't come as much of a surprise - Warrior has a legendary reputation for being an arrogant and difficult person to work with. As leader of the WWF locker room, the giant had enough. One night he stiffed up in the ring, letting Warrior know that his conduct was going to face repercussions. Andre put the exclamation point in when he extended his fist to answer Warrior coming off the ring ropes - a straight punch ending up Hellwig's face. It didn't seem to do Hellwig much good. He only got crazier as time went on - it's part of the reason we are fascinated by him.
