WWE: The Undertaker Will Return Feb 24th RAW
The Undertaker is set to return to the WWE on the February 24th episode of Raw, the appearance reportedly being "locked in." The return will be taking place in Green Bay, significantly coming on the night of the network launch and the night after Elimination Chamber. In that respect it is very effective booking all eyes will be on the WWE, ensuring Taker's return has maximum exposure. The report coming from the PWinsider also states that the appearance should be the start of Undertaker's Wrestlemania 30 storyline, which is still scheduled to be with Brock Lesnar. The Deadman's last WWE appearance was almost a year ago, when viewers witnessed him powerbombed through a table by The Shield on the April 23rd Smackdown. It will be interesting to see if Taker has any retribution in store for Reigns, Ambrose and Rollins, or if that angle will become just another abandoned WWE Undertaker storyline. With this return date coming out, we can assume that Undertaker is now passed fit and ready for competing at Mania. His traditional story build over the weeks of March always makes for a compelling reason to watch WWE television, so he will be a welcome addition back to the roster for the remainder of Wrestlemania season. So far, the proposed Undertaker vs Lesnar match is the only thing that is keeping Wrestlemania 30 interesting for many wrestling fans. Vince McMahon will be counting on his veteran act more than ever, with the WWE Championship main event in absolute tatters at this point.
