Undertaker has all the characteristics that McMahon enjoys ability, character, size, height and charisma. The Deadman has also displayed considerable toughness and loyalty in his years with Vince, which happen to be two personal qualities that go a long way with the boss. When all the big WWF stars were jumping to WCW in the mid 90s (even Shawn Michaels requested a move) it was Undertaker who stood most steadfast with McMahon. The boss came to rely on the star as his beacon of stability, counting on Taker to hold control over an unsettled WWF locker room. With an unofficial role as the leader of the dressing room, Taker became a vastly important relationship to Vince, arguably the most key relationship with a talent that he has ever had. When it came to wrestling, McMahon has perhaps enjoyed Taker's work more than any other man he has consistently booked The Deadman in a strong way and the results are consistently astounding matches. Vince enjoys Taker's work so much that in 2003 he booked himself in a match with his close friend at Survivor Series. Astoundingly, McMahon won, getting help from Kane to bury Taker alive.
